Australia club report that they are struggling with failing membership and that their long-serving secretary/treasurer, Clarrie Pace, is retiring from this position. If no-one steps forward to take up the reins at the AGM, there will be no further correspondence from this club.
Central Club welcome new members Ian Quinn, Linda Rose and Terry Luxford. Their members enjoyed a luncheon at the Angus Inn on 13 July which was well attended. Another luncheon at the Te Marua Golf Club on 8 September had a daffodil theme in support of the Cancer Society and a donation of $300 was made to this charity.
